Noopak Crocodile Park was established in 2007 as the very first crocodile breeding and research center in Iran.

Located on the beautiful island of Qeshm, the park has grown into a unique tourist destination where education, conservation, and entertainment come together.

Our mission is to:

  • Promote awareness about crocodiles and their important role in nature
  • Support conservation and breeding programs for crocodile species
  • Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages
  • Today, the park is home to a thriving population of Porosus crocodiles, carefully looked after by expert keepers. From small baby crocodiles to fully grown giants, visitors can see every stage of their life cycle.
  • With its combination of education, adventure, and family-friendly facilities, Noopak Crocodile Park has become a must-visit attraction on Qeshm Island.

Mozhgan Roostaei and her husband, Behrooz Salarvand, are deeply committed to wildlife conservation. 


Together with their two daughters, they actively support initiatives across Qeshm Island and Hormozgan Province, helping rescue animals, preserve natural habitats, and raise awareness about the importance of protecting local wildlife. 


Their family’s dedication reflects the heart of Noopak Crocodile Park’s mission.

Entrepreneur of the Year in IraN

Noopak Crocodile Park was founded by Mozhgan Roostaei, a trailblazing entrepreneur and the first woman in Iran to be honored as Entrepreneur of the Year


With a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and a Master’s degree in Business Management, she has successfully combined scientific expertise with strong leadership skills to establish one of the most unique attractions on Qeshm Island.


Mozhgan is also a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in managing and developing successful businesses. Her vision and dedication to wildlife conservation have transformed Noopak Crocodile Park into both a tourism landmark and an educational hub.


Behind her success stands her husband, Behrooz Salarvand, whose constant support has been vital in bringing her vision to life. Together with their two daughters, they form a loving family whose values of care, resilience, and teamwork are deeply reflected in the park’s spirit.

As the first woman in Iran to be honored as Entrepreneur of the Year, Mozhgan has not only broken barriers but also inspired countless others, especially young women, to pursue their dreams and lead with courage.

Her work extends beyond Noopak Crocodile Park, she and her husband, Behrooz Salarvand, actively support wildlife initiatives across Qeshm Island and Hormozgan Province, rescuing animals, preserving habitats, and raising awareness about conservation.
